Creating and managing a family account
At Love Pilates, we know that wellness is a family affair! Whether you’re booking classes for your children, spouse, or other family members, Mindbody Online makes it easy to manage everyone’s schedules in one place. With a Family Account, you can book, pay, and track visits for multiple people without the hassle of logging in and out of separate accounts.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to setting up and using a Family Account in Mindbody Online.
What Is a Family Account?
A Family Account allows one person (the primary account holder) to manage multiple family members under a single login. This means you can:
Book classes for family members
Purchase memberships or class packages for them
Track attendance and upcoming sessions
Handle payments all in one place
How to Create a Family Account via the website
If you’d like to set up a Family Account, follow these steps:
1. Log In to Your Mindbody Account Willoughby or Beecroft
2. Go to Your Profile
Click on your name in the top right corner and select Profile.
3. Add Family Members
Look for the Family & Friends section.
Click Add Family Member.
Enter their name and email (if applicable).
Select their relationship to you.
4. Set Up Account Permissions
Choose if you want to make purchases and book classes on their behalf.
If they are a child, you can disable email notifications to avoid unnecessary updates to their
inbox.
5. Save and Confirm
Click Save to complete the setup.
That’s it! Your family member is now linked to your account, and you can start managing their bookings and payments.
On the Love Pilates App
1. Open the Love Pilates app and log in.
2. Tap “Profile” in the lower menu bar.
3. Select “Edit” in the top right corner and then “Manage your account.”
4. Scroll to the bottom of the MindBody page that opens & Click “Add a Family Member”.
5. Add their details & Tap “Add” then tap “Done” and “Save”

How to Book a Class for a Family Member
Once your Family Account is set up, registering a loved one for a class is easy:
1. Find the Class You Want to Book
Navigate to the Classes tab and select your preferred session.
2. Choose Who Will Attend
Before checking out, select the family member who will be attending.
If you have a class package or membership that covers them, it will apply automatically.
3. Complete the Booking
If needed, complete payment and confirm the reservation.
You’ll receive a confirmation, and your family member will be all set for class!
Managing Payments for Family Members
As the primary account holder, you can purchase memberships, class packs, or individual sessions for any family member. Their visits will be deducted from the package you assign to them. This makes it simple to keep everyone on track with their fitness goals. (Just a reminder that packs can be shared but not memberships.)

members in your profile.
• Update Permissions – Need to change access? You can edit Family Member settings anytime under
“Profile” > “Family Members.”
• Streamline Billing – Use one payment method for all family members to simplify transactions.
