Need some help getting started?

Don’t worry - everyone starts out a beginner! If you are new to Pilates reformer or Pilates tower we ask you to start in our Reformer Fundamentals or Tower Fundamentals classes.

Your 14 day Intro Offer starts on the day of your first booked class.
You can attend any 5 classes including our pregnancy and postnatal classes.

Grip socks are compulsory for all Pilates reformer and tower classes. If you don’t have any, you can purchase in the studio.
Please bring your own mat for yoga and Pilates mat classes.
Water is always recommended!

There is no client parking at the studio, but plenty of street parking nearby.

If you are 13 weeks or more (in your second trimester), you need to join our prenatal or pre/postnatal classes. You can also attend barre classes (just talk to the teacher at the beginning of class) and yoga nidra classes.

To join postnatal/mums & bubs classes you must have had your 6/8 week check with your midwife/doctor and be cleared to exercise.
If your baby is under 6 months old, or you are just returning to exercise after your baby or you physio has recommended postnatal classes - you need to attend our postnatal/mums & bubs classes or you are also welcome to join our Yin yoga classes.

If you drive we recommend leaving your pram in the car and just bringing you baby in their capsule.
Prams can be left at our back entrance (off Harris Lane) out of the way.
We have 8 Baby Bjorn bouncers in the studio, so enough for a full Pilates classes. Babies must be in a capsule or bouncer for Pilates classes. We can’t guarantee bouncers for everyone in barre, so recommend bringing a blanket/mat for your baby to lie on. You are also welcome to bring some toys for your baby to play with.
