Peri-what? Own the ‘pause with power and poise

Ladies – we need to talk…

Did you know:

- Every year after 30 you begin to lose muscle & bone density in your face

- Every year after 40 you lose approximately

o 1% of muscle

o 2-4% of strength

o 8-10% of power

- In the 5 years post menopause women will lose up to 10% of their bone density

This might not sound like much – but do you know how much muscle mass you have right now? Or what your bone density score is? Can you afford to lose this much multiplied over 10-30 years to remain active & healthy well into your golden years?

While in Australia the average age of menopause is 51, some women will enter menopause much earlier, & others much later & typically symptoms of menopause will last for 5-10 years. If you think that’s a while off – Perimenopause can hit 5-10 years prior.

Join Libby & Kara from Love Pilates, Sarah from Skin by Sarah Hudson and Trishna from Nutrishtion, as we have a frank discussion about perimenopause & beyond & provide insight on how you can take back control –of your body, skin & diet - so you can survive & thrive through this challenging time.

Join us September 2, 6-8:30pm at Hannah’s Beecroft

Tickets are $40 (including a gift bag valued at over $300)

Welcome drink on arrival and canapes, lucky door prizes to be won!
